Who Are We?

The Hispanic Addiction Research Team (HART) is a collective of scientists in the behavioral sciences with a shared vision of answering meaningful research questions regarding addictive behaviors (predominately substance use) and mental health that have important global policy, prevention, and/or treatment implications within the Hispanic/Latinx community.
